Is O any good?

Let’s find out:

 So we start off by meeting successful basketball player Odin James (Mekhi Phifer). Coach Duke Goulding (Martin Sheen) adores Odin, much to the chagrin of Hugo Goulding (the coach’s son)  (Josh Hartnett) because Hugo has so many daddy issues that he could be in a Hallmark Channel movie. Hugo’s plan is to make it seem that Odin forced Desi (Odin’s girlfriend) (Julia Stiles) to have er… ice cream… with him. Hugo gets Roger Calhoun (Elden Henson) in on this by telling him that, once Odin is out of the way…

Is… is Hugo one of the trolls in Frozen? 

Odin is still a success. Hugo arranges for a Michael Cassio (Andrew Keegan)-Roger fight. Odin cuts off contact with Michael and Hugo uses this opportunity to get Michael to talk to Desi. Hugo tries to convince Odin that Desi is cheating on him. Desi convinces Odin otherwise; but, Odin turns to drugs. Hugo uses a scarf of Desi’s to further the Desi-Michael thing, and…

It’s the scarf. It is always the scarf.

Desi and Odin have er… ice cream… and Odin starts to roughly have er… ice cream… with Desi/force Desi to have er… ice cream with him.

Odin has a public meltdown. Odin decides to off Desi and Hugo decides to off Michael. 

Hugo and Roger try to off Michael. Hugo makes Michael unconscious and Roger shoots Michael’s leg. Hugo offs Roger.

Odin fakes nice with Desi and he offs her. Emily (Rain Phoenix) is all “Hugo is totally evil!” and Hugo offs Emily. Odin offs himself and Hugo gets his moment of fame (infamy?).

With the triple threat of Phifer, Stiles and Hartnett, O is a good Shakespeare/Othello adaptation.
