Does The Proud Family Movie hold up?

Anyway, we then find out that Dr. Carver has created clones of the Prouds. Penny’s clone spends time with the Prouds and Penny spends time with the clones of her family. We then find out that Dr. Carver is a clone of the real Dr. Carver, and…

…and that Dr. Carver’s clone is evil. The Penny clone turns on the Prouds and Dr. Carver and the real Penny realizes that the clones are evil. The Carver clone wants to take over the world; but, the real Dr. Carver has a plan that will turn peanuts into peanut butter, and…

That is yet another sentence that I thought that I would never write on this blog.

Anyway, the Carver clone tries to talk Penny out of Dr. Carver’s plan by offering her what every teenager wants: time away from her family. However, Penny refuses this offer and things literally and figuratively go to peanuts.

We end with a dance ending because of Shrek.

The Proud Family Movie has a bit of a bizarre plot; but, it is still a nostalgic ride.
