Does Child’s Play 3 hold up?
Let’s find out:
So we start off with Chucky (voiced by Brad Dourif) being brought back to life. Chucky then offs Mr. Sullivan (Peter Haskell).
We then reunite with Andy Barclay (Justin Whalin), who is in military school. Andy becomes friends with Harold Aubrey Whitehurst (Dean Jacobson). Andy also becomes friends with Ronald Tyler (Jeremy Sylvers). Andy has a crush on Kristin da Silva (Perrey Reeves). Andy also has a bully in the form of Cadet Lieutenant Colonel Brett C. Shelton (Travis Fine).
Hey, this is kind of like Cadet Kelly… wait a minute… is… is Chucky’s career following Hilary Duff’s?

Anyway, back to the review.
Chucky meets Ronald Tyler and Chucky offs a garbage man.
Shelton repeatedly tries to take Chucky from Andy. Chucky tries to off Colonel Cochrane (Dakin Matthews); but, Cochrane dies first. Chucky then offs Sergeant Botnick (Andrew Robinson, knowing what kind of movie he is in).
War game time! We have red and blue teams. Chucky tampers with the guns of the red team. Andy then has to give Chucky Tyler in exchange for De Silva. We then get the death of Shelton and Whitehurst pulls a Steve Rogers with a grenade.
Carnival time! Andy and De Silva track Tyler and Chucky down to a roller-coaster. You know that Chucky is going to play Hide the Soul and you know that Andy is going to stop him.
The film ends with Andy in legal trouble and the injured De Silva receiving medical treatment.
Child’s Play 3 is kind of like the Disney Channel Original Movie of the Chucky series. It is the weakest of the three Child’s Play movies; however, parts of it are still fun. It feels like the third movie in a franchise.
