Does Win a Date with Tad Hamilton! hold up?

Let’s find out:

So we start off by meeting Tad Hamilton (Josh Duhamel). Tad is caught “drinking, driving, smoking, leering, and groping all at the same time.” Tad’s agent forms a contest to win a date with Tad.

We then meet Piggly Wiggly employee Rosalee Futch (Kate Bosworth), who enters and wins the contest.

Rosalee and Tad go on their date. Tad and Rosalee grow closer; however, Rosalee falls for her fellow Piggly Wiggly employee Pete (Topher Grace).

So, Kate Bosworth has more chemistry with Josh Duhamel than she does with Topher Grace.

How would I have fixed this?

1. Have Topher Grace play Tad Hamilton and have Josh Duhamel play Pete.

2. Change the ending so that Rosalee ends up with Tad.

Aside from the fact that Rosalee ends up with the wrong guy, Win a Date with Tad Hamilton! is still a cute rom-com.
